- After Hours Access
To ensure the very best in security procedures at Harbour Centre, we require all of your visitors, contractors, service people and other guests who are not on your security access card list to be preauthorized. This allows the security guard to admit them into the building and into your premises. Please see our Office Tenant Manual for more information.
- Security Safe Walk
Employees who are working late may request a security guard to accompany them to the parkade by visiting the security desk in the lobby and requesting an escort.
- Integrity of Design
We ensure that the Harbour Centre complex maintains the highest standards of professional design. When redesigning your office space, we require all of our tenants to employ either a registered Architect or a Certified Interior Designer who is typically engaged in the business of commercial interior design.
While you are, as a Tenant, free to use whatever design services you wish, we recommend checking with the Construction Manager for designers who have had prior experience within the building.
We encourage the use of building materials that have low environmental impact and are environmentally-friendly in construction. Products with highly-recycled content and those that are produced with minimal impact on the environment, as well as low off-gassing carpeting and furnishings, are highly recommended.
